Pete Schuermann Denver Director, was so giving, powerful and we all had a good time with an active and talented group of actors, filmmakers and artists.

The Roaring Success Workshops welcome you to the new year. Being prepared for today’s audition submittal process is one in which the actor must also become producer, photographer, sound engineer and editor. Tools, their purpose and how to use them are all addressed in the RS Workshops. I recommend that you click here to purchase my book, ACTING ON CAMERA: A WORKBOOK FOR ACTORS from Amazon. This workbook will help define your strengths and strengthen your weaknesses and prepare you for a career on screen.

I am proud to announce that as of May 2016, I became a certified and recognized CIT performer. Working with Public Servants who deal directly with the public in crisis situations, is one of the most rewarding and gratifying acting jobs I have had since doing Children’s Participation Theatre in the 80’s. Thank you, Angela.
July 1st The Rohrering Success Workshops will once again be held at Denver Lighting Services. Home to Ken Seagren’s masterpiece of rentals to the whole of the film, television and streaming communities throughout the western U.S.
Class times will remain the same. Every Tuesday 6-9 p.

Many thanks to the full house of Producers, Directors, Agents, Casting Directors and Writers who attended the RSW Showcase held this past week.
In my 30th year of the workshops I am most proud to welcome my partner and great friend, Steve Austin who brought the work of Tara Frawley, Gary Neuger, Catherine Cotton McGuire, Charlie Aligaen, Barry Reid, Tyler Stephen Hunt, Ashlynn Hideman and Tahlia Lowman, all of Colorado Springs, to work with the Denver group. The Denver Group includes Dan Davidson, Hunter Rumbold, Nellja Allen, T. David Rutherford, Stuart MacNaul, Daniel Kindregan, Kaija Harris, Megan Kelly and Nathan Taves.
Ten scenes and one monologue were all written by Russ Huard specifically for the actors and the showcase itself. T.David Rutherford wrote and performed his own monologue from a short subject piece he is writing and producing based on the BTK killer.
Special Thanks to L.A. based CSA casting director, Jean Scoccimarro who flew in specifically for this event. Jean was delighted to introduce herself to everyone pre-show and again afterwards to share her notes, expertise and interests.
Thanks EVERYONE, for another Roaring Success-filled show! Hope to see even more new faces next year.
Russ Huard is visiting both Denver and Colorado Springs Workshops to meet each of the workshop students and develop unique, original material for the spring 2016 Showcase.
All Writers, Producers, Directors, Agents, Casting Directors and Industry Pro’s are invited to attend Wednesday, April 13 at 7p. sharp. Finger food and beverages will be served.
Last night, the group in Colorado Springs led by Steve Austin, did excellent Commercial on-camera study! Prepared, Memorized and ready for everything thrown at them!
So proud of everyone.
Before I start my . . . Wait, I have started. Anyhow, Have you ever searched for “Steve Austin” on Facebook? I did. Guess who came up first? Yep, you know. You did it too. “Stone Cold – Steve Austin”. Well, that is NOT who I was looking for. (LONG STORY about that Steve Austin. Ask me sometime) And yes, it has to do with a truly remarkable woman.
So, now I can start my first Post to my first twenty-first century designed website. And yes, You just seemed to read a sentence written in the department of redundancy department. (There’s a first.)
MONDAY, January 25, I look forward to subbing for the great Steve Austin. . . (no! not that Steve Austin!. . . Keep up!) My awesome Partner in the Colorado Springs area, THAT Steve. The Six Million Dollar Man, just had his bionic shoulder implanted. He will be out recuperating under the most wonderful care of his most incredible wife and nurse, Dana.
That’s all the news that fit to print as of this moment. Or at least all of the news I wish to share. We are all thinking of you, Steve and want you back in the classroom and screen A.S.A.P.
